I know that a dab of glue is all you need for a pinhole in the tube, but I was wondering if this would work for a pinhole in the outer gray bottom. I noticed a small pinhole looking "injury" on the bottom and when I looked inside, I can see that it went all the way through. Must have scraped a rock. Do I need to put a patch on it like I would for a tear or would a dab of glue on each side work on that, too?
Thanks. |

A dab of glue should do just fine. If you really want to repair it, glue a patch on the inside of the kayak and stick a small piece of Tear-Aid on the outside.

Thanks, Jeremy. I actually wound up putting a little patch on both sides. Probably overkill, but I know that pinhole won't get any bigger. |
