Hi. I recently bougth an advancedframe kayak. during second inflation I noticed that air was leaking. unzipped the main tubes and indentified a small puncture close to the seam. they kayak has yet not been put on the water, I've just had it stored in my garage.

I assume this is a warranty issue and have sent an email to info@advancedelements.com with pictures. Four days has passed
and I haven't heard anything back. Guess I have to be a bit more
patient Embarassed

Here is a link to pictures if anyone is interested to have a look.

The email was received and we forwarded it to our European distributor. When customer service comes in today I will remind him about it and have him contact the distributor again. Sorry for any delay.

Thanks. I really look forward to try out the kayak. i guess it should be possible to fix it with some glue (don't know), but I am a skeptical about
padling around with a broken tube - and especially since the kayak
is new and never been used before. Lots of people are skeptical about
inflatable kayaks, I had a poor demonstration when I inflated it to show
my brother in law (we could hear the air comming out). Never mind, as
soon as I've got this sorted and put in on the water, I am sure I will be a happy customer. Cool

AE Customer Service is the best I have ever seen, they always seem to go the extra mile to keep their customers afloat.

Thanks Jeremy
