The email was received and we forwarded it to our European distributor. When customer service comes in today I will remind him about it and have him contact the distributor again. Sorry for any delay.

Thanks. I really look forward to try out the kayak. i guess it should be possible to fix it with some glue (don't know), but I am a skeptical about
padling around with a broken tube - and especially since the kayak
is new and never been used before. Lots of people are skeptical about
inflatable kayaks, I had a poor demonstration when I inflated it to show
my brother in law (we could hear the air comming out). Never mind, as
soon as I've got this sorted and put in on the water, I am sure I will be a happy customer.  |

AE Customer Service is the best I have ever seen, they always seem to go the extra mile to keep their customers afloat.
