Its quite a task to remove to boston valve with the short tube on it, from the main chamber's little tube after gluing them together.

After one of my the long main chambers, which I call sponsons popped I had to remove the valve to take out the bladder from the sailcloth. If you pull too hard on the tube, you will start to stretch out and distort the vinyl L-shaped section. I tried to use a pair of pliers to grip the L-section and try to yank the valve off, hopefully putting less strain on the L-joint.

When this failed, I used a 2mm flat head screwdriver, to carefully separate the two tubes. While it did work, it seems to have make the tube much more uneven and there could be space to leak. Assuming I reassemble it with more glue, in case of another leak, the tube is going to get destroyed.

These tubes are a real pain in the neck, the L-tubes are simply glued onto the boston valves which takes the destruction of the L-tubes to take them apart. If you have to glue your tubes together over a sailcloth, it doesn't exactly allow for easy breakdown.

Not the best design in my humble opinion...
