I bought the convertible last year and love it .The seats however ,as discussed by others ,leave allot to be desired .Has anyone got the new high back replacement seat yet? If so is it too high to interfere with the back of your life jacket? How do you like it ?

I went to REI and bought a camp style seat with a fold out section. I unfold the blue seat and place the regular seat in and fold back the blue seat. Now the regular seat is sandwiched in. I snap the regular seats in place and with the REI seat adjusted it gives great back support and has pockets for storage. It was $29.95. I have to find a way attach the clips from the REI seat to the straps for the AE seat. The new combination worked well and was more comfortable than the regular seat and for 2 seats it was less than the price of one lumbar seat. In addition there are 3 layers of padding on top of the DS floor now and that is also more comfortable.
