Hi, when I inflate my Kayak, the bow and stern lean left and right, respectively. they're not aligned in a straight line, either. In the water, there is a noticeable list to starboard at the stern - maybe 5 degrees!

I took the bladder out of the shell and inflated in different sequences; no effect. It's quite a pronounced imbalance. If I could add a photo to this topic I would but I don't see a way.

Is this operator error or is this a manufacturing flaw?

If you have not done so already, please send a photo to customer service.
1. Tube inflated outside of the zippered tube cover.
2. Inflated inside the zippered tube cover.

Thank you
