Hi all, I own a AE Frame since the beginning of August 2009.
I use my kayak almost one a week. However after each trip I would wash down my kayak at the marina with fresh water. After bout 5 trips I would even totally stripped it out and give it a good wash.
Last weekend, when I brought my brother out on his newly acquired AE Frame, I noticed there was a rip at the Seam, bow side.
After examining it, it seemed that it started to split from the threading and sideways out!!
I've no idea why and I don't think I've over inflate my kayak.. Any ideas how I can get around fixing this?? Would this be covered by the warrenty??
Regards,
Mathew

Looks like the outer fabric gave way at the seam.
Did the inner tube blow out, or was this just the outer cover? |
