According to specifications the AE1012-R have a maxWt on 136kg (300Ibs). My weigh is 75kg (165Ibs) so I can theoretically load 65kg(135Ibs) extra. Currently, I just loaded it with about 15 kg (35Ibs). I used a waterproof bag that I mounted on the rear deck. How much do you recommend to be loaded on the deck before losing stability or alter the kayak padeling features?

Does anyone have any tips and trick on how to distribute heavy weight the best way when it is so limited packing space inside the kayak?

Heavy things, like jugs of water, should go inside the kayak. Heavy things on the deck will affect your balance and make the kayak top-heavy. Big bulky things on the deck will catch the wind and turn your kayak into a kite skidding sideways.
I recommend that you try loading the kayak different ways, in safe conditions like at a familiar shallow beach, before you go camping with a lot of gear. Get in and paddle around for a while. Maybe even tip over on purpose, to see if the kayak is less stable.
