The materials used in the kayak are durable and should hold up just fine. Just be cautious not to over inflate.
Paddle length for AE Kayaks should range 230-240 cm.

"Using the AE2011 Double Action hand pump, inflate the kayak approximately 35 full (up then down) strokes until the kayak begins to take shape . If using another pump, the key here is to just parti...

Re: Bad tracking for 200 pound user
Beth,
I have been in contact through email. I feel we have found the issue. It sounds like the floor was in backwards, which will cause it to not track well.
I believe that correcting the issue along with the other advice given, the kayak will paddle as it is supposed to now.

Re: Where are foot pegs installed?
Adding the AE4003 Foot pegs into the 10'5" kayaks do lessen the leg room quite a bit.
Usually the AE2012 Inflatable Foot Brace works a little better for those particular models.

Re: Are there standard air fittings or adapters?
The adapter on your pump is strictly for Inflatable SUPS and Dropstitched products. It will not work with the valves on an AE kayak. Only the dropstitched floor. It is for Hawlkey Roberts style valves. You'd have to creative to create some sort of way to fit that onto something that could then fit i...
