carrying cart

Post by jonnie » Thu Jul 23, 2009 5:36 am

I've been enjoying my Expedition for a few years and the only drawback is that I haven't found a carrying cart, for inflatables, to help me get it to the river. I've been using a L.L. Bean kayak cart. Has anyone found one on the market that works well? Advanced Frame, are you listening? This would be a great addition to your available accessories. Thanks for any responses.

Are you trying to just get the kayak to the water to inflate it there or are you inflating it at the car and then wheeling it to the water?
ADVANCED ELEMENTS does have a cart that you can strap the deflated kayak to and wheel it to the waters edge. If you want something that you can strap the inflated kayak to then you can look at the company Wheeleez or ask Pearly or JapanConsidered here on the forum. They have good advise on a cart to use. They in fact just mentioned it in another section.

I like this setup. Easy to build, compact, inexpensive and able to store it in the boat. Plan on build a couple for my wife and myself. Will post my finish project when done.
