Various trips around New Jersey

Post by Heatsynk » Sun Sep 20, 2009 7:43 am

Hello All,

I bought an Advanced Frame single in April or so, and I've kayaked almost 100 miles on it so far. I've taken lots of pictures, and thought I'd share them with anyone on this forum. In each album, there is a google map showing the route. If anyone is in the Jersey area and wants more info on any of these routes feel free to ask (ie, where to park, etc.. )

enjoy

I enjoyed your pictures. The Raritan looks alot like the James River here in Virginia, near Jamestowne Island (the settlement). However you had one photo that showed me something interesting. Your storing of the aluminum bottle on the deck using the loop on the top of the bottle. Its a minor thing, I know, but a good idea. Thank you.

Nice pictures from Jersey area! I like them. I bought AF Convertible this April too. Navigated a few lakes and rivers in Southern Ontario. See my albums at : http://picasaweb.google.com/boris4senko and on my blog http://yaktraveller.blogspot.com/

Great pictures, thanks. We are beginners starting out in kayaking next spring in NJ. We are looking forward to some shore and also quiet water lake trips.
