Better bag for the convertible

I do the transport of the convertible on an Ekla foldy trolley, which I bought here in Austria. It works great to travel with the boat on trains and busses but I guess there must be some better bag as the regular one to carry the boat without the trolley. Therefor I am löooking for a large bag with a shoulder strap. The bag should be able to hold the boat and all the accessories like decks, seats, paddles and life vests. Any Ideas or suggestions, which bag is suitable?

You could always make one with the qualities that you desire. I have made my own before that holds the paddles and backbone.

The AE3011 KayakPack would be a good solution as is has stowable backpack shoulder straps. See here: ... avel-bags/

It is the same exact size at the duffel that you already have for the convertible though. With that said, if you reverse your pump and suck all of the air out of your kayak so that it is extra compact, you should have enough room to fit other items in the duffel. I have had the Convertible for over 10 years and I have always been able to fit two 4-part paddles, an inflatable foot brace, and the double deck conversion. I then have a separate duffel for two pfd's the pump and a dry bag.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I found a 200 litres Bag from for about $ 60. The convertible fits perfectly and there is enough space for pfd, seat, paddle, tent and a lot of other things. Even the backbone has its place. ... m_store=de
All the best
