Expedition Elite Rudder Mount coming off

We have noticed that the rudder mount from one of our expedition elites is peeling off. Is there a special epoxy that we should be using to reattach it? Will Aquaseal work to bond the rudder mount to the stern of the kayak?

Aquaseal will definitely do the job and is the best choice.
