Does anyone know whether Advanced Elements new Rapid up sail is compatible with a strait edge 2 kayak?

Ed,

This link does not work at the time of this posting. However it will shortly, I hope. Its from airkayaks.com. They have pdf's of the manuals. Check it out. It will show you how to attach it to the kayak you have.

Sailboats to go sail

Post by Ed_Nebraska » Sun May 30, 2010 5:57 pm

Thanks for the info
I see that there is a sailing rig available for the Strait Edge 2 from a company called sailboats to go.

Does anyone have this sail?
If so I was wondering, how easy it is to set up and whether you are able to tack or whether it is just a down wind sail.
