Hey new to the forum looking for advice on first inflatable
Hey I'm looking to buy a kayak or two and I drive a mini so inflatable seems like the best option. I'm looking to use the boat(s) on flat water. I am trying to decide between getting an advanced frame convertible with drop stitch floor and backbone or 2 air fusion elites for me and my girlfriend. I would like the boat(s) to perform as close to a hard shell as possible. Any advice on which option to get?
Welcome to the forum!
Any of these kayaks would be great on flat water. And they'll fit into a Cooper... heck, they fit into a SmartCar! Here's a link to my paddle group's website where we loaded two AE kayaks into a SmartCar: http://kayakyak.blogspot.ca/2012/04/ta- ... oaded.html
If you're looking for one that feels most like a hard shell, I'd recommend the air fusion elite.
The Expedition feels more like a hard shell than the Convertible does, to me.
