Hi, .... yep, Worcestershire UK, is nowhere near the sea or any big lakes !
Bought an Expedition 4 years ago, & love it, have been on sea (Anglesea), Estuary's; lakes & rivers (grade 2 rapids )
But have Just bought a 2nd AE, the new AirTraveller 2 model, so my wife can also come out on the water. Wife never kayaked before (ever) and nervous on water, so bit of a gamble. First outing last week on Lake Vyrnwy N.Wales & it worked out pretty well. Chose the AirTraveller 2 over the AE convertible mainly on weight and also on the basis I could use the DS floor from the Expedition.
Cheers all

Glad to hear you've been loving your Expedition. I love mine too! Been out mostly on lakes and in quiet bays, but a river camping trip in it was terrific! I wrote about that on the Stories forum here.
And now your wife has come out for a day paddle. Nice to know the AirTraveller 2 worked well for you both. I hear there are canals all the way across England so you could paddle all the way.
