Both kayaks will perform wonderfully for coastal paddling. You need to ask yourself if you plan on taking others with you or mostly solo paddling. In '05 we did a limited edition blue Advanced Frame. There were maybe 150 of these. For '06 we did a limited edition green Advanced Frame. The blue is a nice color but harder to see in the water. Mark, The kayak is essentially the same except for the following changes. We obviously changed the name from UltraLite Expedition to Advanced Frame expedition.
