The AirFusion is nice! I got to try one at the Paddlefest in Ladysmith, BC.
There are no side tubes -- this model is even more like a folding kayak than the Expedition is. The AirFusion has rods that fit together, and inflatable portions in the bow and stern.
I really enjoyed how it handles. This kayak is not so flat-bottomed and stable as the other AdvancedElements kayaks. The AirFusion feels responsive and tippy, and reminds me of my rotomolded plastic Necky Eliza kayak. I don't know if a very big man over 6'3" would like the AirFusion as much as I do (I'm only 5'1"). The people at Paddlefest who liked it a lot were mostly paddlers of moderate size, up to six feet tall.
I also liked the affordable price!
