I have a two way hand pump like Advanced Elements show on this web site, it does not come with a 3/4 valve. Why doesent Advanced Elements sell or supply this fitting when you purchase thier boat ?

Next question: why doesent Advanced Elements have a customer service department, with a phone number, or an e-mail site where you can ask questions directly about thier products.[/b]

As far as a 3/4 fitting goes, there would have to be several different kinds to work with all the different brands of pumps. We are coming out with an adaptor that will screw onto the valve that most standard pumps will fit to. I am not sure what brand pump you have but we can see what we can do.
If you visit Advanced Elements website, there is contact information listed. An email as well as a toll free number. This info is also located on the back of the manual. We have a very good customer service department. You can ask just about anyone here and they will attest to that.
