Kayak to take on our Sailboat

My wife and I want to paddle around our anchorages. Being able to have a reasonable weight would be important so we can stow in the lazzeratte (or however you spell it). We thought about the convertible but the weight is enormous.

Also could go with two units. I weigh about 210 and she is about 150.

No experience paddling but would like to stay dry, be comfortable and have good durability when we pull it up to the shore.

Would appreciate suggestions, so many choices.

I recommend the Lagoon. I've been paddling an earlier version for nine years, and the outer hull is really tough & protective of the inflation chambers. As long as you're not 6'4" it should be big enough for you. I'm closer to your wife's size and find it a terrific boat.
