Greetings, and a question, from New Hampshire

Post by bari » Mon Aug 31, 2020 10:20 am

Hi Folks! I have an Advanced Frame Sport, purchased late last summer so it didn't get much use til this year. Recently it started taking on water after every use. Way more than what was dripping in from the paddles. I have located a couple of tears in the black nosing on both the bow and stern and they do leak if I put water in the boat and let it work it's way out. The question is...what's the best way to repair? The tears look like they are due to being dragged over something sharp like the end of a metal dock (which I know has been done.) I'm tempted to try duct tape as a temporary solution but would like to ultimately do the correct type of repair. Any suggestions? Thanks!
